My friends a midwife at another hospital and she said its in their training to try and postpone us as they would prefer not to give the epi.
I had both my bubs at Casey hospital and i can definately recommend it to anyone. I had an epidural with my DS so they do give them there they will just offer you other pain relief first. They have two massive baths there and you will have your own room with own.
Great work place environment. Friendly workers and great place to work you get good experience and can learn a lot. You get to do walk ins ER patient floor care you can learn so much working here and the girls that work there are super nice and friendly and are willing to help you with anything.
